Our sole purpose is to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with jewellery that you have commissioned from Daniel Prince of London and if we are unable to rectify the problem, we will gladly refund your money, no questions asked.

Simply return your purchase to us, undamaged, within 14 days of taking delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your account (less our costs).

There's no risk when you buy jewellery from Daniel Prince of London. We'll make it right - that's our promise!

Please return your purchase via the Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure the package for the full amount of purchase.

If you are returning your purchase for repair from abroad please contact us beforehand because you will need to complete some specific customs documents. If you fail to contact us beforehand you may be charged twice for the tax/duty on your purchase when we return it back to you after repair.
