After your initial inquiry by phone or email and once we get a better idea of your style and budget, we will provide you with some sample pictures of previous commissions or other relevant designs for inspiration; and through a series of in-depth discussions we will help you hone the fine detail of your requirements.

If appropriate we can even provide you with a sketch to help you firm up your thoughts and to reflect the design of the finished piece. If your design includes diamonds we will source a selection of suitable diamonds for you to view at our workshop; each diamond will be individually selected by our diamond experts with your specific design and budget requirements in mind. When you are happy and if you decide that you would like to proceed with your order, only then do we ask that you pay a deposit to confirm your commission. Most orders will usually be finished within 14 days, although if you have a deadline we will always endeavour to meet it whenever possible.

Commissioning a ring is far easier than it sounds, it gives you total control and flexibility and the finished piece is totally unique because no two rings are ever the same. We never make use of low quality mass-produced components like most other jewellery manufacturers because we believe that the traditional methods of metalworking and the bespoke fitting of settings always give superior results; and we will always work within the budget that you specify, tailoring the design to suit.
